Sign psychosocial reports that make work better
Ethea helps companies measure psychosocial risk with anonymous surveys and action plans. We are looking for licensed psychologists and occupational health and safety professionals to review and sign these reports: remote, flexible and paid per report.
What Ethea does
We run validated psychosocial-risk questionnaires (aligned with NR-1 in Brazil, NOM-035 in Mexico and the equivalent rules elsewhere), protect employees' anonymity and produce team-level aggregated results with an action plan. Someone who knows the field in depth, you, gives the final technical review.
What you do
Review aggregated results
You analyze the company's anonymous, aggregated results (never individual answers) and check that the risk reading is sound.
Refine the action plan
You validate or complete the proposed measures, with realistic priorities and owners for that organization.
Sign the technical report
With your professional license, you sign the report the company uses in its risk-management program.
Remote, at your pace
Everything happens online. You choose how many reports per month you take on and when you work on them.
What you get
- A fixed fee per report, agreed with you before you start.
- A steady flow of work: we bring the companies, no prospecting needed.
- Professional credit on the reports you sign, with your name and license.
- Support material, report templates and a team to answer questions.
- A place in a Latin American network of peers who care about mental health at work.
How it works
- You send your application with the form below.
- We verify your license and meet on a 30-minute video call.
- We agree on fee, turnaround and a service agreement with confidentiality.
- You receive reports according to your availability.
